After a thorough Scando soak Mrs J has returned to home base for a quick stop-over before heading out on her next adventure. Here are a few bits and pieces that didn’t fit in the posts over the last week.

1) Blodpudding.

Sounds like true Viking stuff. Is surprisingly kid friendly. Don’t think, just eat.

Be generous with the lingonberry jam and bacon.

2) Mrs B’s chocolate cake à la After Eight.

Yummylicious.

3) Adventure mini-golf.

It was fun. A few went in the drink.

A few went down the rabbit hole.

Mrs J made this put.

Barely. But barely counts, haha!

4) Speaking of rabbits, there IS a rabbit in this picture.

5) Since this will be the last of the North for a while, here’s a little Scanian landscape (note the mud at the bottom, you can thank me later). Hope this keeps you going while you wait.
