While technically not cooking, this is delicious.
Technically, you should also have completed a nice long workout before consuming these in the form Mrs J prefers, to benefit from the full health effect.

But here it is. The Smoothie. This is a banana/vanilla/raspberry incarnation.
All measures for this are to taste, so don’t bother getting out the measuring cups.
Take a banana and put it in your mixer. Well ripe bananas (read: more black than yellow) work wonderfully in this because they’re naturally very sweet. If you’re a health nut you won’t be adding any sugar or sweetener (but Mrs J does sometimes if the fruit isn’t sweet enough).
Add some frozen raspberries and some skimmed milk.
Hit the mixer button.
Add some vanilla flavored protein powder.
Hit the mixer button again. If you want a looser consistency, add more skimmed milk until it’s as you like it.
Pour into a nice glass and add a spoon (for thick smoothies) or a straw.
Sit back, relax and enjoy!
