What says fruit luxury more than a really ripe mango?

It’s so good in its natural state, using it for a smoothie can seem like a crime. And it is almost criminally easy to make this smoothie.

One mango makes two good sized smoothies (we’re talking 260-280g of peeled and diced mango). Just put the diced fruit in your mixer.

Add 20g of protein powder (neutral flavour) and 2dl of orange juice. Mrs J used Tropicana pure premium juice today instead of squeezing her own. If you feel up for it by all means squeeze away though.

Add a few ice cubes to the mix.

Now let rip!

If the smoothie is too thick for your taste, add 1dl of water. If it’s not sweet enough you can cheat with some sugar or sweetener.

Select an appropriate glass for your luxurious drink, pour and enjoy immediately.
