Irresistible exists. It has two names. Kitten. And Puppy.

Today, Mrs J met Puppy.

Deciding to get a dog has been a long and convoluted process for Mr and Mrs J. Considering how corporate life can dictate and consume your life, many people that love animals end up never having a pet because they know they don’t have time to properly care for them on a daily basis. Sometimes even if your day-to-day life allows it, you occasionally need to go on travel and don’t have the friends, family or financial resources needed to be able to make sure your pets are cared for while you’re gone. Effectively, you end up considering an aquarium.

A long decisionmaking process, in this case, is a good thing. It shows you’re a responsible human.

In Mrs J’s opinion, it’s absolutely vital NOT to go see any puppies (kittens) before you KNOW for a fact that you have the time and the resources to take care of a dog (cat). Before you KNOW that the breeder is responsible. Before you are TOTALLY sure that you’re ready for a dog.

Because once you get to hold of one of these babies, you’re done with rational thought.

They are irresistible.
