One of Mrs J’s good friends has the habit to ask her children every night at bedtime what the best thing of their day was. And to answer the same question herself, of course. Mrs J thinks this is a brilliant habit that really gets you to focus on the good things in life. Even if it’s just one pearl in a heap of whatever, who wouldn’t be better off going to sleep at night thinking about that pearl?

So today seems like a good day to take a page out of that book and ask Mrs J: What was the best thing of the day?

Option 1: Getting a lift home from work with Robin (thank you Robin!) early enough to watch some tennis on TV.

Option 2: Laughing at this amazingly insane picture found by mistake while doing research on the Internet.

Wrong on so many levels

Option 3: Being able to open the windows to let in some nice cool air.

He didn't jump. But he thought about it.

Option 4: The glass of crisp white wine to finish off one of the last working weeks well done. (Day 16 and counting…)

Ah. Yes.

Option 5: Watching the Masters wipe out against the window while catching flies.

I'm not dizzy Mrs J! *swallow*

Mrs J can’t decide what was the best, but she wholly recommends the exercise! (Not the exercise of wiping out against windows …. oh, y’all get the picture.)
