It’s the day-before-the-day and Mrs J is happy to report that Mr J has also arrived in Scandoland in time for Christmas. And without his beard!

Tonight is the night of the glöggparty.

In addition to Mrs J’s savory muffin-buns, Mrs B rolled out the Västerbotten-pie.

Mrs J had also made some mini-pies, filled with green cabbage and blue cheese.

Furthermore, Mrs B swung together an apple pie with vanilla cream already on the inside. Clever!

Finally, Mrs J conjured up a lingonberry cheesecake.

She may share recipes eventually …. but not today. Now it’s time for bed. Tomorrow is Christmas eve!
