You will also, probably, hopefully, see a few tweets confirming that Mrs J did in fact also get her trainers on. This feature is not so much for your infotainment (although you may well chuckle) as it is an incentive for Mrs J.

Knowing that if she doesn’t get her trainers on, the world will know.

Mrs J really wanted to get a k-counter up in the sidebar but her efforts in this respect turned out to be in vain, so far. Ideas on that are most welcome!
