Choosing these flowers made Mrs J realize that she wrote one of her very first posts about planting the “garden” almost a year ago. Possibly not her finest work. Blogging, like everything else, is clearly something that benefits from a bit of practice.

April 2011 was a very stressful time for Mrs J. She was making the big decisions and the big announcements. None of that this year! She’s just quietly strolling along, learning, thinking, trying things out. Life is good!

There is purpose. Decision-making is taking place. But it’s many small decisions and actions and change on an incremental basis. As opposed to the big radical life-changing jump-and-see-if-the-parachute-holds sensational kind of changes. Both kinds seem to have their time and place.

Mrs J knows she’s not done changing stuff. It’s only one lap done out of many. Maybe the first year was just the warm-up!

Which is all good and fine. Mrs J is cool about it. She’s doing purple and white this year. Just strolling. And doing a few other things. We’ll see what happens!
