An hour or so ago, there was thunder outside Mrs J’s house.

Meanwhile, in the interior, Master C and Ms Crazypants decided to try orienteering. Or it may have been a demolition derby. With them, it’s hard to tell the difference sometimes.

Obviously it wasn’t raining yet when this picture was taken.

Then Mrs J got sent the drama button. Press it if you dare.

Mrs J’s village has more than once been held up and heckled as a place where nothing ever happens. It’s true that there is very little drama as in disasters or … exaggerated reaction to life events … angry dispute or scene; intrigue or spiteful interpersonal maneuvering.” (Wiktionary)

But, for Mrs J, drama can also be interest, action and excitement without exaggeration or harm. Like the the Greek no doubt said: drama, “an act, a theatrical act, a play” from the verb “to act, to take action, to achieve”.

It follows that you don’t necessarily need a big red button, an ambulance and a football team.

Although that can be really, really, funny.

Mrs J intends to enjoy positive drama today. Small personal achievements, displays of natural power – and a good joke.

Have a good one too!
